why is our pearlised bopp film better than competition

it has two major advantages, negligible static and low density.

• ours is a 5 layer BOPP film with only one side corona treatment which gives it the property of low static in the film and almost negligible static produced during the conversion process. most other available films are made on 3 layer BOPP line with two side corona treatment making it highly static by nature of the film.
• also our film density is 0.61 as compared to 0.66 to 0.71 supplied by other suppliers. Low density gives higher yield and lower grammage. so more number of labels per kg.
